We collect limited, anonymous website activity so we can understand whether the site is useful. This includes page views, the page requested, the referring website’s domain, and clicks on phone, email, and bid-request actions.
Google Analytics and Tag Manager
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager initialize with analytics and advertising storage denied. Before you make a choice, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. If you choose “Accept analytics,” Google may set analytics cookies such as _ga to measure visits and website interactions. If you decline, analytics cookies remain disabled. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled in either case. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Our first-party reporting
Our internal analytics reporting does not store your name, email address, service-request details, full IP address, advertising identifiers, or cross-site browsing history. Anonymous activity records are retained for up to 13 months and then removed.
Automotive service requests
If you submit the automotive service form, we save the contact information, vehicle details, requested services, preferred appointment date and time window, scheduling flexibility, and notes you provide so Diamond Pearlz can respond and coordinate service. These requests are visible only in the protected owner dashboard and are retained for up to 24 months. To prevent spam, the form uses short-lived request counters based on a hashed network identifier. Raw IP addresses are not saved in these counters, and expired counters are removed when the next request is checked. Google Analytics receives only a general form-completion event, not the information entered into the form. When preparing an appointment, the owner may choose to transfer the relevant request details into Google Calendar.
Bid request information
Information entered into the bid builder stays on your device while the website prepares an email. It is not saved in our website database. If you choose to send the email, Diamond Pearlz receives the information through normal email services.
Your choice and hosting
Your Google Analytics choice is saved on your device and can be changed using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Google controls its own analytics retention according to the settings in the Diamond Pearlz Analytics account. Like most hosted websites, our hosting provider may process ordinary security and delivery logs under its own privacy terms.
